We are looking for physical therapists to join our team and provide industrial on-site services. We do not own any clinics, but offer acute and transitional services to employers at their facilities so that you, the therapist are able to experience first hand the job requirements and are better able to facilitate return to work. We provide you with all equipment needed for evaluation and treatment.

New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome. Experience/interest in outpatient, orthopedics, use of modalities, ergonomics and worker's compensation a plus. Mentoring program available. Some local travel is required. Benefits, bonus plan, flexible schedule, independence in your practice, competitive wage, travel reimbursement, paid continuing education, and sales incentive program for sales and marketing offered. Full time, part time, and per diem (contract) positions available.

We are looking for qualified medical case managers to provide on-site and telephonic services. Candidates must possess excellent knowledge of medical conditions causing disabilities and knowledge of local physicians and medical vendors. These positions require a minimum of three years experience in case management and expertise in Worker's Compensation. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Some travel is required. Vocational Specialist

We are looking for qualified vocational professionals to provide field vocational services. Experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling, vocational rehabilitation plan development, T.S.A.'s, labor market surveys, vocational testing, and job placement is necessary. Ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in rehabilitation, a Master's degree in rehabilitation or related field, and pertinent certifications or be certification eligible (i.e., CRC, CDMS, CVE, CCM). Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Some travel is required. Flexible schedule, independence in your practice, competitive wage, and travel reimbursement offered.
